Payments and Merchant of Record

Property Scout uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record.

When purchasing subscriptions through Property Scout, Paddle.com Market Limited or one of Paddle's affiliated entities acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record.

Paddle is responsible for:

• Processing payments
• Managing applicable taxes
• Handling billing
• Managing refunds where applicable
• Compliance relating to payment transactions

By completing a purchase, users also agree to Paddle's applicable terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

All content made available through Property Scout, including but not limited to:

• Investment scores
• Rankings
• Methodologies
• Reports
• Text
• Graphics
• Branding
• Software
• Databases
• AI-generated content

is owned by or licensed to MPW Management Services Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may access content for their own personal or internal business use.

Users may not:

• Reproduce content at scale
• Republish content commercially
• Reverse engineer scoring methodologies
• Resell platform outputs
• Create competing services using Property Scout data

without prior written permission.

Partner Introductions

Property Scout may introduce users to third-party service providers including mortgage brokers, conveyancers, insurance providers and other professional services.

Property Scout does not recommend or endorse any provider.

Users remain responsible for assessing whether a provider is suitable for their individual circumstances.

Property Scout may receive referral fees where introductions result in successful engagements.

Data Accuracy

Property Scout aggregates information from public datasets, third-party providers and automated systems.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy, we do not guarantee that any information is complete, accurate or up to date.

Users should independently verify information before relying upon it.

AI Generated Content

Some content generated within Property Scout may be produced using artificial intelligence.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Founder Membership

Founder Membership is:

• A one-time payment
• Limited in quantity
• Non-transferable
• Intended for the original purchaser only

Property Scout reserves the right to modify future feature availability provided that Founder Members continue receiving access to the Pro tier available at the time of purchase.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Limitation of Liability

Property Scout and MPW Management Services Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
