Refund Policy

Property Scout aims to provide a transparent and fair subscription experience.

Monthly Subscriptions

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Founder Membership

Founder Membership is a limited lifetime-access offer.

Because access is granted immediately and places are limited, Founder Membership purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, requests submitted within 14 days of purchase may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law.

Duplicate Payments

Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded upon verification.

Technical Issues

Where users are unable to access the platform due to verified technical issues, Property Scout may provide:

  • Account credits
  • Subscription extensions
  • Refunds where appropriate
